It was such a delight to see her welcome us for breakfast. I would like to make special mention to Zarina Faraon who cheerfully greeted every guest. In my opinion, the service we received from him was a deal breaker! He is a staff to watch because he has great potential to make customers keep on booking at your hotel just to be pampered by him! Of course, our experience will not be complete without the amazing teamwork of the Food Services staff whom I consistently observed to ensure that we had an enjoyable breakfast buffet experience. He made our breakfast a wonderful and memorable experience. Talk about service par excellence! The breakfast buffet experience at Ascott BGC was excellent! Yum to champurrado, dilis, pineapple, and taho! Super delicious!!! I would like to commend John Pilante who stood out in particular for his outstanding service! He is very cordial and well-informed about his job. They even asked us if we needed assistance in bringing our shopping bags to our room. We felt like royalty being greeted by doormen, who opened our car door when leaving and arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and even provided us with valuable information about the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions.
